By accessing or using the Stream Activate Hub website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Service Limitations

Stream Activate Hub provides independent AV installation and technical support. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party streaming services, television manufacturers, or internet service providers.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Service appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Our technicians reserve the right to refuse service if the installation environment is deemed unsafe.

Liability

While our technicians take the utmost care during installations, Stream Activate Hub is not liable for pre-existing structural damage to your home or hardware failure of the devices being installed.
